How Jace works as your AI email assistant

Connect a Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 account. Jace syncs your mail in real time and works in your browser at app.jace.ai. The drafts it writes and the labels it applies also show up in Gmail or Outlook, including the email app on your phone.

Auto-drafts for emails that need a reply

Jace prepares a draft for threads it labels Needs reply, or when you click Draft with AI. It reads the earlier messages and attachments, writes in your style and saves the reply to your normal drafts folder. You review, edit and send.

AI labels that sort new mail

Built-in labels like Needs reply, Waiting, FYI and To Do are applied as mail arrives. Add your own label with a plain-language description, such as "invoices from suppliers". Labels sync as Gmail labels or Outlook categories.

Flows for emails you get again and again

Describe which emails to watch for and what should happen next: draft a reply, create a calendar event, search the web or use a connected tool. Flows create drafts for your review unless you change that.

Integrations with the tools you already use

Connect Slack, Google Drive or OneDrive, or MCP servers such as Notion, HubSpot and Linear. Jace can then use them in Flows and in chat, for example to look something up before it drafts a reply.

Follow-ups on threads waiting for a reply

Threads where you're waiting on someone get the Waiting label. When a conversation goes quiet, Jace can prepare a follow-up draft for you to review.

Gmail and Outlook accounts side by side: up to 2 inboxes on Plus and 8 on Pro. Each account keeps its own labels and settings.

An AI email assistant reads your incoming email and helps you deal with it: it drafts replies, sorts messages and keeps track of threads waiting on an answer. Jace does this for Gmail and Outlook accounts. Because it can also act on new mail on its own through labels and Flows, it is sometimes called an AI email agent.

Yes. Jace connects to personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, and to Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts. Drafts land in your normal drafts folder and labels sync as Gmail labels or Outlook categories, so you can review and send from Gmail, Outlook or Jace.

Not by default. Jace saves replies as drafts for you to review, edit and send. Flows and labels create drafts too. Automatic sending is a separate opt-in setting, and if you never turn it on, nothing is sent without you.
