By accessing or using Jace AI's services ("Service"), operated by Zeta AI, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service currently only supports Gmail integration through Google's API. By using our Service, you authorize us to:

4.2 AI Processing

Our Service uses OpenAI's API for email analysis and draft generation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not be perfect or appropriate in all contexts
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content
• We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Generate or transmit spam or malicious content
