Use multiple accounts

Connect another Gmail or Outlook account and switch fast with shortcuts.

Add another account

Open the account menu and click Add another account. Choose Google or Microsoft sign‑in to connect. Pro plans support up to 8 accounts.

Use the account menu to switch, or press Ctrl+1–8 when multiple accounts are connected.

Tip: If you see an upgrade prompt, you can still manage a single account and add more later.
