What Jace syncs
Jace syncs your Gmail signature, timezone, and send‑as settings. For Outlook, we sync your default from address and timezone while you paste your signature into Jace. Drafts use your default identity and won’t duplicate your signature.
Update your signature
If you change your signature in Gmail, go to Settings → Signature & time zone and click Synchronize Gmail signature and timezone to refresh. For Outlook, you can paste or edit your Outlook signature directly from the same settings page so drafts match what you send from Outlook.
Reply address behavior
Choose whether replies come from your default address or the address that originally received the email. If you add or remove send‑as addresses in Gmail or Outlook, re‑sync them in Jace and they’ll be available when drafting.
