Create a draft
Open a thread that needs a reply and select Draft with AI. Jace writes a complete draft using your signature & send‑as settings so it sounds like you and uses the right identity.
Tips:
- Ask for adjustments like: “shorter and friendlier” or “propose three times next week.”
- Keep context short and specific for fastest, best results.
Edit and resend
Edit anything directly. If you need a bigger change, ask Jace again (e.g., “clarify pricing and remove the P.S.”). Jace updates the same draft in Gmail or Outlook—no duplicates.
Auto-send (opt-in)
For routine replies, you can allow Jace to send drafts automatically on a per-thread basis. Turn on auto-send from the draft confirmation dialog when you’re confident in the template. You’ll see clear warnings and can disable it anytime.
Reference files and threads with @mentions
Type @ while drafting to search files, threads, or people. Selecting a result inserts a rich link preview so recipients have context. You can also @mention an attachment or thread to tell Jace which source to use when rewriting.
Follow‑ups
When a conversation stalls, Jace can prepare a polite follow‑up draft after some time. You remain in control—review before sending.
