For any data processed by our AI agents, we ensure compliance with the AI Act, providing transparency about how decisions are made by the AI, especially in situations where the AI performs autonomous actions on your behalf.

Our AI agent that handles email inboxes, utilizes Google Workspace APIs to provide its services. We want to assure our users that any data obtained through these APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing personalized assistance within individual user accounts. We do not retain or use this data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. Our commitment is to maintain the privacy and security of your information while delivering a tailored experience through Jace. All data processing is conducted in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and is strictly limited to enhancing the functionality of Jace for each specific user.

Contents of emails that you send and receive through the Service ("Email Content Data") are processed on your behalf solely to provide the Service. We do not use that data for marketing or advertising purposes. The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. How long does Zeta Labs retain my information?
