Zeta Labs emails

For any data processed by our AI agents, we ensure compliance with the AI Act, providing transparency about how decisions are made by the AI, especially in situations where the AI performs autonomous actions on your behalf.
Our AI agent that handles email inboxes, utilizes Google Workspace APIs to provide its services. We want to assure our users that any data obtained through these APIs is used solely for the purpose of providing personalized assistance within individual user accounts. We do not retain or use this data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models. Our commitment is to maintain the privacy and security of your information while delivering a tailored experience through Jace. All data processing is conducted in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy and is strictly limited to enhancing the functionality of Jace for each specific user.
Contents of emails that you send and receive through the Service ("Email Content Data") are processed on your behalf solely to provide the Service. We do not use that data for marketing or advertising purposes. The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Does Zeta Labs share my personal information?

We will share your personal information within our group of companies (as identified on our website) for the purposes identified above. Is my personal information secure?
We employ administrative, technical, and physical security controls where appropriate, to protect from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorized alteration, disclosure of, or access to, such information or data. Please note that no security system is impenetrable, and unanticipated system failures or the efforts of malicious actors are an unfortunate reality which prevents us to make any guarantees that the information and data within our control, including Personal Information, is absolutely secure.
In the event of a data breach involving personal data processed on our Platform, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant data protection authorities without undue delay, and where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Notifications will include details of the breach, potential risks, and the measures taken to mitigate those risks.
We adhere to ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIS 2 Directive to ensure that personal information is secure, implementing robust security controls to mitigate data breaches or unauthorized access.
Where does Zeta Labs store my personal information?
Your personal information and files are stored on our servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us.
When transferring data internationally, we comply with GDPR using appropriate legal mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure the protection of your personal information when transferred outside the EEA.
Does Zeta Labs transfer my personal informa:on across national borders?
The main location where we process your personal informa3on is in the United States, but we may also transfer personal informa3on to other countries in the world where our plaYorm is available or we are engaged in business development. We carry out these transfers in compliance with applicable laws – for example, by pupng data transfer agreements in place to help protect your personal informa3on.
When we transfer your personal informa3on to a country which is not within the EEA and is not subject to an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, we rely on one or more of the following legal mechanisms: European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses, or your consent in certain circumstances. How long is information collected on behalf of customers using Zeta Labs solutions retained?
As described above, Zeta Labs use various technologies, including machine learning, to help companies automate information relevant to their business. Zeta Labs will retain information provided by the customer for the entire duration of our contract with the customer, including a[er termination in accordance with the applicable law. The companies that use Zeta Labs may use our technology to collect data, or, as explained herein, add additional information to the information they collect using Zeta Labs. In these situations, we retain the data in accordance with the company’s instructions.
What information can a company upload to Zeta Labs?
Companies may upload information that they have collected internally or with their partners and from their own websites, apps, social media pages, or from other sources, such as third-party data providers.
Does Zeta Labs share any of the information its customers collect using its solutions?
Zeta Labs does not share its customers’ information except as described in the Privacy Policy, or when asked to do so by the customer. Please review the privacy policy of the customer using Zeta Labs for more information about that customer's privacy practices.
How long does Zeta Labs retain my information?
We will store your personal data for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with our legal obligations, our contractual obligations or the industry practices. When you register for an account, we will process and keep most personal information we have about you for as long as you are an active user of our products.
